All orders accepted by MightyMan are subject to these Terms and Conditions of sale, which supersede any previous Terms and Conditions. All descriptions and illustrations contained in this website are only intended to give a general idea of the products and specifications may vary. Your use of this site is your agreement to these Terms and Conditions.

Orders

Every effort is made to fulfil orders on a daily basis. We will endeavour to deliver any order within 5 working days however we do not accept responsibility for late delivery. We will always keep you informed of the progress of your order and pass on any tracking numbers. 

Delivery

Orders placed before 13:00 hrs will be processed the same day. Orders placed after 13:00 hrs may be processed the following day. All deliveries will be despatched via Royal Mail or Parcel Force and they will require a signature upon delivery. If no one is available to sign for the delivery you will be required to collect it from your local depot. Any claims for short delivery must be made within 24 hrs in writing.

Exchange & Refunds

Items will be exchanged if returned in an unused condition providing they are returned within 14 days of receipt. The cost of returning unsuitable goods must be down to the purchaser. Any faulty garments will be refunded upon inspection by MightyMan. The original receipt must be returned with the garments in all instances. See our returns policy
